Due to the fact that each bag is hand crafted and specifically made for each individual customer, all products are final sale. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, please contact info@ccsclosetco.com to let us know. If an item becomes defective or damaged during shipping, we will of course be more than happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. CC's Closet Co. will arrange to have a replacement sent to you. Photographic evidence may be requested.
