Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
A Canadian shipping service will deliver the package within 2 - 10 business days (some delays are taking place due to Covid-19) from date of order. All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

SHIPPING TO THE US:
Orders going to the United States will be shipped with a Canadian shipping service. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for delivery (with some delays due to Covid-19).

For orders being shipped outside of North America please contact customer service at info@ccsclosetco.com to receive a quote on shipping. 

Confirmation and Tracking

CC's Closet Co. will provide a confirmation email with your tracking number (within 1-4 business days). In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a tracking number, please let us know by e-mailing info@ccsclosetco.com.
